Please join us on July 12 at 2 PM ET as Dasha Agoulnik, MS, RD presents a webinar on the impact gastrointestinal (GI) health has on athletes.
Gut health is crucial for athletes because the gastrointestinal (GI) tract plays a vital role in nutrient absorption and energy production, which are critical for optimal athletic performance. Poor gut health can lead to malabsorption and nutritional deficiencies, which can negatively impact athletic performance and recovery.
Ms. Agoulnik will share her expertise and use case studies to explain how practitioners can use GI-MAP to optimize athletic performance for their patients.
Register to learn:
- The five keys to improving gut health
- How to optimize exercise and nutrition for better GI health
- The role nutrition plays in creating a healthy microbiome
- Optimal nutrient amounts and the timing of macros for maximum performance
- How GI-MAP can identify GI dysfunction that impact an athlete’s success
